Terms and Conditions



At the moment we provide two shipping methods: Registered Air Mail and EMS (Express Mail Service). The order processing time is 48 hours after we receive your phone confirmation (Our support team will call you after you have placed your order). All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
We do not hold any responsibility for customs fees and VAT taxes.


EMS delivery

EMS parcels may be sent to 190 countries around the world. If you choose EMS delivery you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. EMS delivery time is a maximum of 10 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working in 4 business days. If the tracking number doesn't start working in the next 4 business days we will reship your order for free.


Registered Air Mail delivery

The Air Mail delivery time is a maximum of 21 days plus order processing time. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when you have received your package or there has been an attempt to deliver your item, generally it is provided for us to make sure you have received your order.
If you didn't receive your package within 21 days we will reship your order for free.


Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so providing your order has not been approved yet. To cancel your order you should send us a message through the Contact Us form and provide a reason for cancellation or Call us at the number on the website.
If the order has been already approved or shipped we cannot accept order cancellation.


Refund and returns

Due to the FDA regulations, we cannot exchange or refund prescription medications. Please read carefully the information about the drug and consult your doctor prior to buying it. Please do not buy it if you have any doubts and need more information. Make sure to contact us before you submit your order to get more details.
It is your responsibility to provide correct shipping address. If you provide an incorrect address to us, and you were unable to receive your order because we have shipped your order to this wrong address provided by you, no refunds will be given.


Tracking your order

You can track your order anytime by visiting your local EMS website. Please allow up to 4 business days for your EMS tracking number to start working. The Air Mail tracking number starts working only when an order is received (in fact it is mostly used to make sure you have received your order).
